Charges are based on:

• A per word rate for translation

• Length and difficulty of the source text

• Deadline requirements

• An hourly rate for other language services

• Translations are normally returned electronically

• Free estimates

 

Notice: Rates increase in effect January 15, 2024

Translation:

• 28 cents per word

• 33 cents per word for Rush

• 7 cents per word for Match and Repetitions

• 14 cents per word for Partial Matches

• Flat rate for jobs of 140 words or less is $50.00

Other Services:

• $70/hr basic service

• $85/hr special projects

• Add HST

 

There will be an additional marginal increase on June 15, 2024​

• 29 cents per word

• 35 cents per word for Rush

• 8 cents per word for Match and Repetitions

• 15 cents per word for Partial Matches
